Tasting advice
White wines and rosé wines will be served between 5 and 10°C.
They associate very well with fish. seafood and goat cheese.
The reds will be served at room temperature and will be opened a minimum of 30 minutes before tasting.
They can accompany red meats, duck breast, game as well as lamprey and cheeses.
